These terms govern your use of Veltari's services. By booking a call, purchasing an agent, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Services
Veltari builds, deploys, and operates AI agents on behalf of clients. Each engagement includes a setup fee and a recurring monthly retainer.
Payment & cancellation
All engagements have a three-month minimum commitment. After that, subscriptions are month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Setup fees are non-refundable.
Performance
We commit to building agents to the scope agreed at intake. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, leads, bookings). We commit to monitoring and reasonable optimization as part of the monthly retainer.
Data & confidentiality
We treat all client data as confidential and use it only to operate the agents you've engaged us to build. We do not train models on your data. We do not sell your data.
